Roasting

Along with the overall cafe aesthetic, our roasting style comes from a balance of Scandinavian and Portland coffee cultures. We roast our coffee to the lightest degree possible, while fully developing the flavors each coffee has to offer. We strive to purchase our green coffee according to the harvest cycles of each producing country. Our green coffee is stored on site in a humidity and temperature controlled area, in order to best represent the integrity of the bean.

You can now purchase Heart's fresh roasted coffee beans and selected coffee accessories online and have them delivered right to your door. We offer a flat $5 shipping&handling fee for all orders no matter the size of your order. Currently, we roast Mondays and Thursdays. Shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Depending on the demand, these days are subject to change.
