We have been buying 100% of Ramons coffee since he started producing coffee. His first harvest was 7 years ago. His coffee has always been good, but this year it's exceptional. We did things different & kept all the lots separate that Ramon delivered to San Vicente mill. This particular lot is only 330lb of green coffee. It's super sweet, tropical and floral---an incredible Pacas coffee. Maybe the coffee of the year for us!
